This is a traditional Jewish bread enriched with organic eggs from our own hens. It is slightly sweet, delicate and fluffy. It is a braided loaf, perfect for traditional tearing and sharing, usually served with coffee, tea or d'orzo (caffeine free natural coffee, made from roasted barley and called Inka in Polish). Any leftovers are perfect as french toast!
Our challah is baked and ready for collection or delivery on the afternoon slots, after 3 pm. Perfect for afternoon tea.
